About the artists:

SUNFRUITS (Aus)
Sunfruits have been making waves around Melbourne and Australia for the past 3 years with their environmentally conscious and politically aware lyricism, paired with their contemporary psychedelic-pop and garage-rock sound. The bands recent 2022 singles, ‘Made To Love’ and ‘Believe It All’ sees the band entering a new era, proving that they are one of the country's most exciting new acts. Their most acclaimed releases include their 2020 EP, ‘Certified Organic’ — featuring hit single, ‘Above The Clouds’ — and their double A-Side, ‘Mushroom Kingdom’ and ‘Bonsoy’. Sunfruits will be bringing an epic performance on tour, playing all the fan favourites and revealing some of their newest material, just for you!

THE OOGARS (Aus)
The Oogars are a four piece psychedelic-rock outfit from sunny northern reaches of Byron Bay, Australia. First impressions reveal a sound drawing from a broad palette, most obviously 50’s and 60’s surf rock, garage classics and a Middle Eastern psych twist. Where The Oogars really shine, is their ability to tie their energetic instrumentation with dynamic, heartfelt and mesmerising vocals – dreamy at times, in-your-face and confronting at others. With hit singles dating back to 2018 and their debut EP ‘Waiting All Day’ out in the world since 2021, the band have been making their presence felt, touring across Australia supporting best known acts such as The Babe Rainbow, Nice Biscuit, Rolling Blackouts and King Gizzard — it's clear that The Oogars have something special to offer.

JOE GHATT (NZ)
Hailing from the sunny town of Nelson, Joe Ghatt currently lives in Auckland where he continues his DIY musical explorations. After years performing with Kiwi psych-rocker Arthur Ahbez, Joe found spare time to explore his own sonic palette, resulting in his now cult collectible debut LP ‘Banana Sludge’. Sure to please fans of The Babe Rainbow, Mystic Braves, White Fence and 60’s era groups like The Seeds and The Byrds, Joe Ghatt has a way of effortlessly fusing class and nostalgia with his own authentic and potent sound – all recorded the old fashion way – straight to magnetic tape. Joe Ghatt is currently working on his sophomore album and his performance will include hits from ‘Banana Sludge’ and a peek into his new sounds.

MICHAEL LLEWELLYN & THE DARLINGS (NZ)
Soft and raspy, poetic and bouncy, Michael Llewellyn (Lou-Allyn) with his backing band 'the Darlings' are a six piece explosion based outta Te Whanganui-a-Tara, making waves with their dirty indie-folk sound. After the release of their debut record 'Oh My Darling' and their relentless touring of Aotearoa they have quickly become a hot topic. Performing main stage festival slots and selling out theatres, Michael Llewellyn looks forward to bringing you his sweltering hot storytelling and raw grooves — organic, earthy and honest.
